Yes! I am also "inbetweenie" -- right on the edge of straight sizing and plus sizing -- so I relate to that article. I wish more people understood how many reasons there are to pursue health that aren't related to weight or appearance!

I love that someone is talking about exercising for self-love, not fat shaming. Finding that balance has been particularly hard for me, and is one I still struggle with. I really try to make sure I'm exercising to be good to myself, not because I'm trying to punish myself. It's a great conversation to be having on a wider scale!

I'm so glad I found that article, too, because man, I think it's horrible how much emphasis is placed on weight loss/appearance with exercise/eating. I'm glad to see the conversations happening from this article!

#1 and #4 would be hard for me to hear, with my own mental disorders. I don't like people, lol. I do love that more people are talking about how taking care of your body is important as -taking care of body-. I once mentioned going on a healthy diet and the person I was talking to got so upset! I didn't say I was going to -diet-, though that -would- be my choice, but that I decided to start eating better!
